Shipping
UK delivery is free on orders over over £50
Orders below £50 has a delivery charge of £3.95. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days.
Express delivery is £6.50. Orders will be delivered within 1-2 days. To be able to receive your order with our express alternative you need to place your order before 1pm (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) gets processed next weekday (with exceptions for bank holidays).
Sometimes during busy campaigns (such as sale) we might make the express delivery unavailable.
Our Courier
All orders are dispatched with our distribution partner Royal Mail and we deliver to the whole UK (including Highlands, Offshore Island & Northern Ireland).

We dispatch orders internationally, shipping is calculated at the checkout.
What are your delivery times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.

Personalised orders
If you have placed an order with a personalised item, please note deliveries can take up to 7 days (Monday to Friday) our next day delivery will also be unavailable.
If next day has been chosen, your order will be dispatched as priority.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so. Please notify us as soon as possible, you can contact us below.
We always do our best to prevent the order from being shipped, however it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.
If your order has been dispatched you will need to return this. Please see our returns policy.
Track my order
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm that its on its way. You can check its progress in your delivery confirmation email.
Please note in can take a little while for the tracking to show, this can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be available.
Damaged Or Incorrect
We are sorry to hear your item has arrived damaged or incorrect. We always aim to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us, and our team will be happy to help you with this.
Missing Item
Goods are subject to availability.
If an item is missing from your order, please check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item out of stock. If out of stock occurs we will send you an email to inform you of this and refund the unavailable item.
