Returns Policy

Changed your mind? 
We hope you are happy with your order, but in case you have changed your mind we have a 30-day return policy, for full price and sale items starting from the date you received your item.

If 30-days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note, gift cards, gift boxes and personalised items are non returnable

If you have received an error with your order, this must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please place a new order for the item and return any unwanted items. 

How to return?
To complete your return, we require your completed return form or receipt for proof of purchase. 

Please note, that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us, we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it. To arrange a return please contact us.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

We try to process returns within 10 working days. Please note, during busier periods this could take slightly longer.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so. Please notify us as soon as possible, using our contact form below.

We always do our best to prevent the order from being shipped, however it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. 

If your order has been dispatched you will need to return this. Please see our returns policy.
